Privacy Policy
LumaTable provides software that helps restaurants manage WhatsApp conversations, orders, reservations, delivery details, customer support, and operational workflows.
We may collect restaurant business details, account information, customer names, phone numbers, chat messages, voice notes, order details, reservation details, addresses, and usage data needed to deliver the service.
We use this information to operate the product, process restaurant workflows, improve service quality, maintain account security, provide support, and monitor performance.
Data may be processed through technology partners used to run the service, including hosting providers, Meta/WhatsApp for messaging delivery, and AI providers used for operational message processing.
We keep data only as long as necessary for product operation, support, security, compliance, and legitimate business needs. Restaurants can contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests.

Terms of Service
LumaTable is a software service for restaurants and food-service businesses. By using the platform, account holders agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, business hours, delivery zones, reservation settings, and the correctness of the information they present to customers.
The service may include AI-assisted replies, voice-note processing, WhatsApp communication flows, and dashboard operations. Restaurants remain responsible for reviewing and supervising their customer-service workflows.
We may suspend or terminate access where use of the platform creates abuse, fraud, safety concerns, legal risk, or operational misuse.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaTable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Data Deletion Instructions
Restaurants that want account or business data deleted can email LumaTable@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
The request should include the restaurant name, account email, and a clear description of the data that should be deleted. We may request verification before processing the deletion.
Where possible, we will delete or anonymize the requested data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, or anti-fraud reasons.
End customers who interacted with a restaurant using the platform should first contact the restaurant directly. If additional support is needed, they may contact LumaTable@gmail.com.
