LumaTable Public Terms of Service

LumaTable is a restaurant operations platform operated by Nawar Karime in Lebanon. The service helps restaurants manage WhatsApp conversations, orders, reservations, feedback, dine-in QR ordering, campaigns, analytics, and customer records.

Restaurants are responsible for keeping their menu, prices, hours, staff access, payment details, and customer-facing information accurate.

LumaTable uses AI-assisted automation. Restaurants should review important orders, reservations, customer requests, and staff handoffs when needed.

Users may not use LumaTable for illegal activity, spam, abuse, misleading messages, unauthorized access, or violation of WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable platform policies.

Service availability may vary because the platform depends on hosting providers, WhatsApp/Meta services, internet connectivity, AI providers, and other third-party systems.
