LumaTable Public Privacy Policy

LumaTable is operated by Nawar Karime in Lebanon. LumaTable provides WhatsApp AI, ordering, reservations, customer feedback, dine-in QR ordering, analytics, and dashboard tools for restaurants.

We may process restaurant account information, WhatsApp Business account data, phone number IDs, customer names, phone numbers, chat messages, voice notes, menu requests, orders, reservations, feedback, analytics, and technical logs.

We use this data only to provide the LumaTable service, including restaurant messaging, order handling, reservation handling, customer support, dashboard analytics, security, and service reliability.

LumaTable does not sell personal data and does not use Meta Platform Data or WhatsApp data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

Data may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the system, including hosting, database, messaging, AI processing, monitoring, and email services. We keep data only as long as needed for restaurant operations, legal obligations, security, and support.
